The band consists of Guy Garvey (lead vocals, guitar), Craig Potter (keyboard, piano, backing vocals), Mark Potter (guitar, backing vocals) and Pete Turner (bass guitar, backing vocals).

elbow have announced today that drummer Richard Jupp is to leave the band to concentrate on a number of creative projects including plans to further expand his drum school ( www.juppdrumtuition.com) which will involve workshops across the UK. Richard will also continue to support the charities that he is involved with.
Jupp has an extensive Studio portfolio spanning over 20 years. Please see discography below. His work also includes Podcast Drum Beds for the BBC. Working with Producer Danton Supple on Albums by Skin, Irene Skylakaki (Materless), Ben Wylen (People Say) and Tim Bowness (As yet untitled) as well as various independent writing and session projects.
