He is currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the SmackDown brand under the ring name Roman Reigns. He is the current and longest-reigning WWE Universal Champion in his second reign and the current WWE Champion in his fourth reign —with both championships, he is referred to as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion .

Il campione indiscusso è annunciato per la puntata di SmackDown del 15 dicembre 2023, del 5 gennaio 2024 e per quella del 19 dello stesso mese. E’ chiaro che durante questi show conosceremo chi affronterà Roman Reigns alla Royal Rumble.
