Accommodation. Many of our first-year students choose to live in our ensuite student halls at Christopher Court – located 10 minutes’ walk from campus. There are 168 self-catered rooms in Christopher Court, with shared kitchens for every 6 students. There are also plenty of opportunities to rent accommodation privately local to the College.
Webinars are usually no more than 1 hour long, with a presentation from the course leader and an opportunity for you to ask questions about the course or life at the College. Learn More. The theatre, events and performance industries are dynamic and ever-changing. We think that you are the strongest piece of technology or asset you can take forward in your career, so we focus on you – the individual. Our established generalist course covers a full range of management skills needed in the stage and events industries.
Year One MFA. There are three modules in year one: Advanced Actor Training (30 credits) Performative Writing/Vade Mecum (30 credits) Expedition to Performance (60 credits) Year Two MFA. There are two modules in year two: The Widening Field (60 Credits) Final Independent Project (60 Credits)
Rose Bruford College welcomes students from around the world for BA and MA/MFA degree study in performance, design, management and technical arts. The College also offers short-term and intensive foundation courses. Students are encouraged to be independent thinkers ready to make an impact in TV, film, theatre or live events.
Scenic Arts (Construction, Props and Painting) BA (Hons) This course equips you with a range of practical theatre craft skills including prop making, scenery building and scenic painting. A three-hour workshop consisting of practical work and discussion that takes place at Rose Bruford College’s Sidcup campus. Stage 2: Interview. The interview is an opportunity for you to meet the Programme Director and outline why you wish to study on the course and how you think it will inform your personal and professional development.
