Official website. The Royal Danish Military Academy ( Danish: Hærens Officersskole) educates and commissions all officers for the Royal Danish Army. The Military Academy function was initiated in 1713 by request of King Frederick IV on inspiration from the Naval Academy .

During the aperitif, the guests had ample opportunity to catch up with a drink and a nibble. Next, our visitors dived into the deep, to our sports hall on level -4, which had been transformed into a ballroom for the occasion.
The Royal Danish Naval Academy (Danish: Søværnets Officersskole or more commonly, Søofficerskolen) educates and commissions all officers for the Royal Danish Navy. Having existed for more than 300 years, it is the oldest still-existing officers' academy in the world.
