Sa'id ibn al-As ibn Abi Uhayha (Arabic: سعيد بن العاص بن أبي أحيحة, romanized: Saʿīd ibn al-ʿĀs ibn Abī Uḥayḥa; died 678/679) was the Muslim governor of Kufa under Caliph Uthman (r. 644–656) and governor of Medina under Caliph Mu'awiya I (r. 661–680).

Sa id Ibn Al- as. Sa`id was the son of al-`As ibn Sa`id who was killed by `Ali (a.s) in the Battle of Badr. Sa`id spent his childhood, after being orphaned, under the care of `Uthman. After the conquest of Syria he moved there to live with Mu`awiyah. Later on he moved from Syria to al-Madinah.
Sa'id al-'As (Arabic: سعيد العاص; 1889 – 6 October 1936) was a Syrian nationalist, a former officer in the Ottoman army and a high-ranking commander of rebel forces during the Great Syrian Revolt against French rule in Syria and the 1936 revolt against British rule in Palestine.

He agreed to the condition that he would not kill one of them. However, when they opened the fort, he killed them all saving one man and took as spoils everything that was there. Sa'id ibn Al-'As also opened Namyah, which was a desert devoid of any houses or life, before returning to Kufa.
