Sandra Diaz-Twine (born July 30, 1974) is an American television personality who became known for her appearances on the reality game show Survivor. She won the first two seasons she appeared on, Survivor: Pearl Islands and Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains, making her the show's first two-time winner.

Sandra Diaz-Twine is the Sole Survivor of Survivor: Pearl Islands and Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains, being the first two-time winner in Survivor history. She later competed on Survivor: Game Changers, Survivor: Winners at War, and Australian Survivor: Blood v Water, and returned as a mentor in Survivor: Island of the Idols.
