For the next few years, Donald made a few more appearances in Disney-themed strips, and by 1936, he had grown to be one of the main characters in the Silly Symphony strip.

Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies were so named as a reference to Disney's Silly Symphonies and were initially developed to showcase tracks from Warner Bros.' extensive music library; the title of the first Looney Tunes short, Sinkin' in the Bathtub (1930), is a pun on Singin' in the Bathtub. Flowers and Trees was popular with audiences and won the inaugural Academy Award for best Short Subject (Cartoon) at the 1932 ceremony. Silly question about sampling rate and bit depth. Science & Tech. Hi. It is my first post here. I was messing about with changing bit depth and sampling rate for uncompressed audio file in .WAV. For me it is absolutely crazy, how well a track changed from 24bit 48KHz, way down to mere 4bit 28KHz, still sounds.
