Eva Sofia Jakobsson (born 23 April 1990) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays for San Diego Wave in the National Women's Soccer League. She made her debut for the Sweden women's national football team in 2011 and won her 100th cap in 2019.

The 31-year attacker joins on a free transfer and brings a wealth of international experience to the FC Bayern Campus.
