  3. 10 mag 2024 · St Catharine’s College has been committed strongly to the study of medicine for centuries. A former student and Fellow of the college, Dr John Addenbrooke (1680 – 1719), founded Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge, which today continues to bear his name and forms the core of one of the largest biomedical campuses in Europe.

Down the road from the ever-busy King’s Parade lie the gates of St Catharine’s. Founded originally as Katharine Hall, now known as St. Catz.
