23 apr 2024 · Garter Day traditionally takes place in June at St George's Chapel in Windsor - the wedding venue of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex - as St George is the Order's patron saint. It was not held in 2020 or 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
