St Kieran's College ( Coláiste Chiaráin) is a Roman Catholic secondary school, located on College Road, Kilkenny, County Kilkenny, Ireland . History. St Kieran's College was founded in Kilkenny, in the diocese of Ossory in 1782, [1] after the passing of the Catholic Relief Act of 1782.

Over the following years, it was a various sites including Burrell's Hall - now the site of St. Mary's Cathedral, the Granges Road and Birchfield.
