Welcome to St Mark’s Church of England School. I am privileged to be the Executive Headteacher of the first all-through school in Southampton. St Mark’s is truly a wonderful school filled with polite, well-mannered students and excellent staff.
St Mark's Church of England School, formerly known as St Mark's Church of England Primary School, is a Church of England all-through school in Shirley, Southampton, England. [1] St Mark's was a primary school but was demolished and renovated by Morgan Sindall to form an all-through school.

7 set 2022 · Southampton has seen a historic moment for its education system as the city’s first ‘all-through’ school opened its doors. St Mark’s Church of England School, in Shirley, which has been under construction since 2020 and cost just shy of £40m has created 900 new school places.
St Mark's Church School is the only co-educational Independent Primary School in Wellington. We educate boys and girls from Preschool to Year 8. Based in central Wellington opposite the Basin Reserve, St Mark’s Church School was founded in 1917.
We are looking for: Geography, English and Maths Teachers, Secondary phase Teaching Assistants as well as: Heads of Years and Midday Supervisors!
