St Peter's 2-8 (formerly known as Clifton Pre-Preparatory School and Nursery) is the pre-preparatory school to St Peter's School, a co-educational independent boarding and day school located in the English City of York, with extensive grounds on the banks of the River Ouse.

St Peter's 2–8 (formerly Clifton Pre-preparatory School) is the pre-prep school to St Peter's School, York. St Peter's 2–8 is located on the Upper Campus of the school, next door to the senior school which runs along the main road of Bootham in the centre of York. The current Head of St Peter's 2–8 is Phil Hardy.

The tomb of Saint Peter is located beneath the main altar of the Vatican Basilica. A grave was dug on the southern slopes of the Vatican hill, right in front of the circus that was the scene of persecutions against Christians at the time of Emperor Nero (54-68).
