Stephanos Dragoumis (in greco Στέφανος Δραγούμης; Atene, 1842 – Atene, 1923) è stato un politico, magistrato e scrittore greco, primo ministro della Grecia nel 1909, padre del rivoluzionario Ion Dragoumis.
Stefanos Dragoumis (Greek: Στέφανος Δραγούμης; 1842 – 17 September 1923 [1]) was a judge, writer and the Prime Minister of Greece from January to October 1910. He was the father of Ion Dragoumis.

In 1909, the Goudi Revolt broke out and his father, Stephanos Dragoumis became Prime Minister of Greece. However, the Military League decided later to invite Eleftherios Venizelos to become Prime Minister.
Ο Στέφανος Ν. Δραγούμης, δευτερότοκος γιος του Νικoλάου Μ. Δραγούμη και της Ευφροσύνης, το γένος Στέφ. Γεωργαντά, γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1842. Παρακολούθησε τα μαθήματα του Ελληνικού Εκπαιδευτηρίου στην Αθήνα (1855-1857), αλλά τελείωσε το γυμνάσιο στο Παρίσι, όπου σπούδασε Νομικά και πήρε την Licence en Droit (1858-1861).
