In February 2009, NOFX reunited with former members Steve Kidwiler and Dave Casillas for its 25th-anniversary special performances. They played three sold-out shows, one in San Diego, one in Hollywood, and one in S.F. NOFX released a new album, Coaster, on April 28, 2009.

I started talking with Steve by E-mail. One or two weeks before this interview he saw my NOFX page and sent me a mail. I was really surprised when he told me he is Steve Kidwiler, ex-NOFX guitaris. He played for NOFX for 3,5 years. So we started talking and he told me some very interesting stuff about NOFX and his band Speedbuggy.

Ribbed is the third studio album by the American punk rock band NOFX, released in 1991 through Epitaph Records. [7] [8] [9] It was their last album to feature Steve Kidwiler on guitar; he was replaced by El Hefe. [10] . Ribbed is also the last NOFX album produced by Brett Gurewitz, who also produced their first two Epitaph albums.
