15 apr 2024 · The problem is due to the internal Vsync of the engine, as the frame rate is also locked to 48fps as soon as you cap the Framerate in Fallout 4 at 60fps on the PC. It is not an OLED related issue. Solution is to deactivate Vsync from the INI File then cap the Framerate via RivaTuner.
