Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien College (Malay: Maktab Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien), abbreviated as SOASC, is a government boys' secondary school in Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei. It is the first secondary school in the country.

Due to the strained relations between Brunei and Malaysia in 1963, Hassanal Bolkiah went back to Brunei to complete his education at Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien College, an English school. He later enrolled as a cadet officer at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst , United Kingdom , on 4 January 1966. [7]
