The album featured the singles "Posse on Broadway", "Square Dance Rap", "Iron Man" (a rap metal version of the Black Sabbath song featuring the band Metal Church) and "Rippn'".

Anthony L. Ray (born August 12, 1963), better known by his stage name Sir Mix-a-Lot or his CB handle Prime Minista, is an American rapper, songwriter, and record producer. He is best known for his 1992 hit song "Baby Got Back", which peaked at number one on the Billboard Hot 100.
Seattle's Sir Mix-a-Lot aligned with the locomotive bass of his diagonal coastal counterpart Miami and speed-rapped his way to public consciousness on his debut, SWASS. The album hit a saturated rap market with a force that made rappers from both coasts look in a northwesterly direction.
