2 apr 2017 · Director Angela Pope’s urgent 1987 British TV drama film Sweet as You Are stars Liam Neeson as a married college lecturer who finds out that he is carrying the HIV AIDS virus after having had an extra-marital one night stand affair with a student.
With Liam Neeson, Miranda Richardson, Alex Pakenham, Philip McGough. A lecturer has an extra-marital one night stand and contracts HIV. The movie shows how he tells his wife and the way in which she is forced to cope with his infidelity and the fact he has put her in danger of contracting the disease herself.
