Theodore Strickland [1] (born August 4, 1941) is an American politician who served as the 68th governor of Ohio from 2007 to 2011. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously served in the United States House of Representatives, representing Ohio's 6th congressional district (1993–1995, 1997–2007).

Theodore Lawrence Strickland (September 17, 1932 – March 14, 2012) was an American politician who served as the 39th Lieutenant Governor of Colorado from 1973 to 1975 under Governor John D. Vanderhoof. Strickland served in both houses of the Colorado General Assembly and was President of the Colorado Senate. References
