A spy/caper film from 1965. Set in the Mediterranean town of Ibiza. A golden jeweled scepter is found in the sunken wreck of a plane. Before it gets to shore it changes hands four times. Each time the holder is killed for the scepter. The scepter ends up in the hands of the local police who then put it into the local museum for safe keeping.
