(BiA is NOT a horror film in any way, shape or form, by the way) You're Next, The Strangers and The Belko Experiment, while the latter do are darker in tone and have their disturbing elements, are not especially cerebral. I think you'll be fine just cooking up some popcorn and sitting down for a good, creepy time.
