Synopsis. A little girl, Molly, loses her doll, Belinda, in the Blinkin wood and the Blinkins find it and make it their mission to return her to the owner. JustWatch. Review by noproblemo. The Blinkins: The Bear and the Blizzard 1986 ★★★½. Watched Jan 20 , 2023. This was such a pleasant surprise! As a fan of 80's cartoons I've been aware of this for a while, but I had no idea that it featured such lovely animation. I probably would've watched it sooner if I was aware of that.
