The Del-Lords band was formed in New York City in the early 1980s by former Dictators guitarist Scott Kempner and former Joan Jett’s Blackhearts singer and guitar player Eric “Roscoe” Ambel. The rhythm section included Manny Caiati on bass guitar and vocals along with Frank Funaro providing drums and vocals.
