22 apr 2022 · Through this Search and Selection process, The Earthshot Prize stands ready to spotlight the incredible work of our Finalists and their solutions, and to scale and support their extraordinary impact. Our second cohort of Finalists will be announced in autumn with Winners awarded at our 2022 Ceremony hosted in the USA.
The Earthshot Prize’s Global Alliance has supported in multiple ways. Deloitte, for instance, has jointly launched a project with Notpla to develop a strategy for their flexible packaging film. Bloomberg has become a customer of Notpla and featured the company on Bloomberg Philanthropies’ ‘Follow the Data’ podcast.

At a star-studded Awards Ceremony at Mediacorp Campus, we announced our five Earthshot Prize Winners for 2023. Prince William on the green carpet with hosts Hannah Waddingham and Sterling K Brown and Earthshot Prize Council Member Cate Blanchett. Meaghan Brosnan and Emily Owen from WildAid with their 2023 Winners medals.
THE EARTHSHOTS . Taking inspiration from President John F. Kennedy’s Moonshot, which united millions of people around the goal to put man on the moon and catalysed the development of new technology in the 1960s, The Earthshot Prize is centred around five ‘Earthshots’, simple but ambitious goals for our planet which if achieved by 2030 will improve life for us all, for generations to come.
