The Earthshot Prize is the most prestigious global environment prize in history, designed to incentivise change and help repair our planet over the next ten years.

The first-ever Earthshot Prize awards ceremony took place at the iconic Alexandra Palace in London 2021. Hosted by Clara Amfo and Dermot O’Leary, the evening’s event was introduced by Prince William.
Every year from 2021 until 2030, The Earthshot Prize will find and reward solutions to the five ‘Earthshot’ goals, to protect and restore nature, revive our oceans, to clean our air, build a waste-free world and fix our climate.
