Ambientato a Porto Rico, horror che fin dalla sua ambientazione trasmette un notevole fascino. La bella Houghton è la brava protagonista, Dallesandro un po' legnoso: recita più col corpo ma in questo caso è funzionale (capirete vedendo il film).

The hippy gardener Carl (Joe Dallesandro), an ominous sort who likes parading around shirtless, has just been let go by his current employer, and is taken on by Ellen (GUESS WHO’S COMING FOR DINNER’s Katherine Houghton) and her husband John (James Congdon).
Synopsis: An upscale Costa Rica resident dies in her hospital room, apparently from a reaction to a potted plant. Ellen Bennett (Katharine Houghton) attends the funeral and snags the services of the dead woman's gardener, Carl (Joe Dallesandro), a sullen but dedicated horticultural genius that never wears a shirt.
