17 nov 2023 · The Mortuary Collection is een sfeervolle fantasy horror. De decors zijn prachtig en geven mij een HP Lovecraft vibe. Clancy Brown schittert als de lugubere Montgomery Dark. Het is geen volbloed horror. Het is eigenlijk een film voor volwassenen maar de verhaal vertellende Montgomery maakt het wat kinderlijker .

12 ott 2020 · There’s a lot of gooey, gross-out moments in The Mortuary Collection, and the film’s many macabre effects are exceptionally impressive. Spindell, taking a page from the likes of Creepshow or Tales from the Crypt, blends the gruesome with the fun and wears both his influences and his love of the horror genre on his sleeve.
