13 mar 2012 · But, of course, this film was made way back in 1972, and it's bound to reflect some of the unsophisticated attitudes of that era. Nevertheless, it's a weak spot in the movie. From this point on, in the plot, there is a lot of ritualistic chanting and dancing, the invocation of spells, and partial or full-frontal nudity.

Cameron Ralston ★★★½. A nice atmospheric blend of folk horror and sexploitation film. Surprisingly artful, with some nice cinematography and a minimalistic but very fun plot. If you’re a fan of Anna Biller’s kitschy über-camp throwback films, this is absolutely worth checking out.
