Premiering on CBS on 4 July 1955, this Desilu production (a summer replacement for I Love Lucy) featured the adventures of sisters Maggie (a singer) and Barbara (a student) Whiting who lived at home with their widowed mother, Eleanor (Mabel Albertson) in Los Angeles.
The Trio: Con Mabel Albertson, Mike Connors, Bert Convy, Monica Lewis. Barbara insists that she's old enough to go on a trip, unescorted. She leaves for Las Vegas, where a friend, along with her husband and brother are singing in a lounge act. Margaret and her mother tag along to keep an eye on Barbara, but her pregnant friend needs the help.
