Want to put money down that Michelle Shocked disappeared off the face of the earth? She’ll take that bet and raise you three albums. Threesome is the collective title of a trio of albums Shocked is releasing almost to dare fans to just try writing her off as a relic of the pre-Nevermind era.

Shocked very quickly tried to make up with everyone and even participated in a nationally televised sit down with Piers Morgan that didn't do much to stop the growing criticism. Unfortunately, the affair generated a lot more publicity than she ever received for any of her artistic endeavors.

Released separately and as a box set, Threesome consists of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell (described by Shocked as “Short Sharp Shocked all grown up”), Got No Strings (a selection of Disney tunes sung in a swing style) and Mexican Standoff (a blues and Latin tinged collection of songs).
