The Finn Brothers are a New Zealand musical duo consisting of brothers Neil and Tim Finn. In June 1993 both members were awarded the OBE for their contribution to music. [1] The two brothers began making music together at a young age; later, when Neil was 18, he was invited to join older brother Tim in Split Enz. [2]

After working together on some songs, Neil later proposed incorporating the tracks onto the latest album of Crowded House, the group he had formed after Split Enz dissolved. [1]
Neil Mullane Finn OBE (born 27 May 1958) is a New Zealand singer-songwriter and musician. He is best known for being a principal member of Split Enz , of which he shared lead duties with his brother Tim , and the lead singer, guitarist, and a founding member of Crowded House .

For this release, Tim and Neil have also shared the “listening notes” submitted by their parents, something they would do for every song their sons wrote.
