True Guts is a compilation of episodes from Season 1 of The Lion King's Timon & Pumbaa. It is the third of six volumes of the show's VHS collection Timon & Pumbaa's Wild Adventures. It was released on January 30, 1996, alongside Hangin' with Baby and Grub's On.
"In 'The Pain in Spain', Timon must save Pumbaa when he is mistaken for a wild bull and taken away to replace El Toro, once the bravest bull in Spain and now the most out of shape! But El Toro refuses to give up his title without a fight -- a fight with matador Timon!
Then in 'How to Beat the High Costa Rica', Timon and Pumbaa do the right thing when they return a suitcase full of stolen money to its owner -- Criminal Quint! Realizing they've done the wrong thing, they must steal it back!
