Timothy Christian Riley (born December 10, 1965) is an American drummer, keyboardist, and singer best known for being a member of the multiplatinum 1990s soul/R&B group Tony! Toni! Toné! Early life. Riley was born on December 10, 1965 [1] in Oakland, California where he attended Castlemont High School.
