The New York University Tisch School of the Arts (commonly referred to as Tisch) is the performing, cinematic and media arts school of New York University. Founded on August 17, 1965, Tisch is a training ground for artists, scholars of the arts, and filmmakers.
Admission to the Tisch School of the Arts is a highly selective process. Applicants are held to rigorous academic and artistic standards, and evaluated through a two-part admissions process, which includes submitting both the Common Application and an artistic review.

Whether you’re an NYU or visiting college student, high school student or working professional, we provide you with the introductory exposure to the performing or cinematic arts and the advanced-level training to grow your craft.
21 ott 2022 · Undergraduate study at Tisch is split into different departments: You can earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in either Dance, Drama, or Collaborative Arts at the Institute of Performing Arts. Also, you can earn a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Performance Studies.
