Tove Anita Skutnabb-Kangas (Helsinki, 6 luglio 1940 – Lund, 29 maggio 2023) è stata una linguista, educatrice ed esperantista finlandese naturalizzata svedese, nota per aver coniato il termine linguicism (dalla fusione delle parole inglesi per linguistica e razzismo) in riferimento alla discriminazione basata sulla lingua.
