Valhalla is a Danish animated feature film released in 1986 by Metronome, based on volumes one, four and five of the comics series of the same name, in its turn based on the Scandinavian tales of the Norse mythology, as they are told in Snorri Sturlusons so-called Younger Edda (c. 1230), and in the Poetic Edda.

18 feb 2022 · Forse il più costoso film animato danese mai realizzato, ha i suoi unici pregi proprio nell'animazione e nell'offrire un variegato campionario di creature del folklore nordico. Per il resto la noia dilaga, la trama va del tutto a zonzo come i tre protagonisti, il finale è inconcepibile, le gag sterili e vedere i potenti Thor e Loki ...

Trama del film Valhalla. Tjalfe e Røskva sono un fratello e una sorella che vivono in un tranquillo villaggio della Scandinavia medievale. Un giorno, però, ricevono una visita a sorpresa da parte delle divintà Thor e Loki. Quando i bambini disobbediscono agli ordini del primo, Thor li porta con se ad Asgard, la terra degli dei.
