Viktor Petrovich Bryukhanov (Ukrainian: Віктор Петрович Брюханов, Russian: Виктор Петрович Брюханов; 1 December 1935 – 12 October 2021) was the manager of construction of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant and the director of the plant from 1970 to 1986.

Quello del direttore della centrale nucleare, invece, era davvero molto più grande. Arrivati al piano si trova subito un appartamento standard, forse per gli ospiti, e sulla destra si sviluppa quello che era il suo. Stanze più grandi rispetto alla norma e molto più luminose, compreso anche un piccolo balconcino.
