"Easy Virtue" is being presented, and was no doubt intended by Coward, as a comedy. As we'd expect, the dialogue has an edgy wit, although it has no ambitions to be falling-down funny.
After the extinction of super-humans, the peacekeeping group Virtue want to reform society without them, while Vice desire to revive and control superpowers....

Il suo 'Matrimonio all'inglese' (in originale 'Easy Virtue') impone infatti Jessica Biel, che esce alla pari dal temibile confronto con la cinquantenne Kristin ScottThomas. Eppure la Biel parte con lo svantaggio del personaggio positivo, quindi meno interessante: è la buona, americana e spregiudicata, contro la suocera, inglese e arcigna, che ha però le battute migliori.
