Vivien Rose. UK Court of Appeal (London) Judge. Dame Vivien Rose was called to Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1984. She practised in Monckton Chambers, specialising in domestic and European competition law. In 1996 she joined the Government Legal Department as an advisory lawyer at HM Treasury advising on financial services regulation.
