  2. Notes. Bill has shelved his plans to re-release his first album, “Ward One: Along the Way”. At this point, the only way to obtain it would be on Ebay, or at a used CD store. The last track on the album has a 2 second sound byte from “Paranoid”. Ozzy Osbourne sings on two tracks (#3 & #7).

  7. Ward One: Along the Way is a rather obscure release but thirty years later, it remains a refreshing look at Bill Wards secret creativity. As fun as it would be to expect an album full of “It’s Alright” and “Swinging the Chains” type tracks, the style is closer to Pink Floyd than anything that Sabbath had ever done.
