Plastic. I only drink tap water now from a home Berkey water filter. I store cold filtered water from the Berkey in a glass pitcher in the refrigerator. I don't drink from plastic bottles. I don't use plastic "Tupperware" storage containers for food in the refrigerator. I don't cook with teflon or plastic spatulas either.
