Training at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst lasts for 44 weeks, broken down into three 14-week terms. Between each term, there are adventurous training exercises and 2-3 weeks of leave. • Term One focuses on basic military skills, fitness and decision making.
The final two modules, modules C and D, of the Officers' training and assessment must be conducted at Sandhurst. Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. There are three intakes each year for potential regular officers, in January, May and September. The commissioning course lasts for 42 weeks. Army Officers are people who have ambitious goals.
You can book on the courses to fit around your daily life, so it could take you several months to finish your basic training. Module 1: Foundation Training. A weekend at an Army Training unit with other Army Reserve Recruits. Module 2: Four weekends over 8-12 weeks OR one 8 day course. Module 3: A continuous 15.5 day Battle Camp for all recruits.
