Fitness Center - The Official Athletics Site of Vermont State University Johnson. Located in the SHAPE Complex, the fitness center is the perfect place to stay in shape year round. Located in the SHAPE facility, the space was officially unveiled in 2009. It features cardiovascular training equipment, resistance training machines and free weights.
The SHAPE Facility at Vermont State University Johnson serves as a hub for fitness and group activities. It offers a diverse range of group exercise classes tailored to different interests and fitness levels.
