The Reverend (Guy Pearce) really will stop at nothing – this is a story filled with murder, suicide, whippings, and rape, though luckily, and rather amazingly, it mostly avoids gratuitousness.

  5. 19 mar 2017 · After all, preacher gets throat slashed in whorehouse, survives. Comes back for not her but her daughter (his granddaughter). Then he burns, gets shot, falls out the window, doesn't make a sound all the while (apart from his little speech), and we never see the body.
