    Generate the material online (i.e., by typing), rather than predominantly hand-writing the material.
    Choose whether to use sheet protectors for or hole-punch the material.
    Create a Table of Contents to help with organization.
    Use tabs, labels or dividers to mark important sections, thus making them easier to locate and access.

  5. I’m not sure about the exact numbers, but I know the ornithology people worked together to make over 100 pages for the binder (all in color, I feel bad for the printer). I imagine it’d take about 50 hours total, so around 8 hours per person.
