My name is Paul Basile, and I've been the editor of Fra Noi for the last 25 years. We've hit our fair share of rough patches during that span, and we're in the midst of one right now. For those of you who don't already know, Fra Noi has been the publication of record for the Chicago-area Italian-American community for more than half a century.
