Now on to the main topic, Presence of Mind is a skill that DOUBLES your spell speed for 10 seconds, but is rendered pretty much useless due to the hefty 5 minute CD. Personally I feel that this skill needs to be tweaked, maybe making it perform similar to how Divine Seal is now (15 sec duration, 1 min CD, 25% uptime).
Besides, Presence of Mind has a cooldown that aligns with your DoT, which is also your weaving skill. Just get into the habit of using Dia and pressing Presence of Mind right after. No more downtime due to the macro delay, no more GCD clipping, just a good habit. Really the only macros you should be using (if any) are targetting macros.
