Medica 2 has 700 total potency. A lily charges misery for the same healing so its much better. Pre 74, cure 2 or lily is better anyway since none of the healing will go to waste. Medica 2 heals for a total of 700 per target, so the same as a cure 2 if you only use it for the tank, while also using more mp.
