Biscuits you can take stopwatch or boots. Presence of mind is better for characters like Senna cuz of the other runes in that tree. Mana flow you can take adaptive force, etc. Imo manaflow is pretty overrated and almost never matters, and nimbus cloak will save your life as an enchanter so I would take that instead.

And in IMAGE B the Wiki specifies that Presence of mind is exchanged with Triumph on Manaless Champions. But Akali, Zed, Lee Sin, Kennen & Shen are not manaless, they use energy as a resource!
